Do you love it as much as I do? I was working last week Thursday with Michelle at Paper Tales when I spotted this hanging from the mannequin display. Michelle was rambling on about something....."So Karin, it's critical that you finish this tonight...blah, blah, blah. The fate of the store rest on you shoulders....blah, blah, blah......Please make sure this happens..blah, blah blah." I interrupted her mid "blah, blah" transfixed by these crocheted necklaces.
"Who made these?!? Did Diane make these?!?" I asked completely disinterested in what she was babbling on about.
"Yes. Ok, so anyway...bath, blah, blah....." she continued as if I was paying attention to her.
How could I listen to anything she said when I was completely distracted by the fact that I was wearing this top right at that moment........
So while she was going on and on about restocking Stickles, I was was visualizing myself in this outfit while substitute teaching 3rd graders the next day. I knew this look would command the respect and adulation I deserved from a bunch of 8 year olds......
And then, this look while casually shopping for groceries. I was convinced someone would discover my talent for something....anything.....while I was deciding between Chocolate Peanut Butter or Vanilla Swiss Almond Hagaan Daaz ice cream. Sigh.....
I was destined for fame and fortune with this necklace......
or, at the very least, looking like I didn't just roll out of bed. I'll take either one.
So if anyone is interested in these little babys, just let me know. I have connections.
Talk to you soon! Karin

I need to make one now....
