Well, here are some new photos of my newest craft endeavor. It's very inspired by the "follie" type of craft that is out there. I am going to make these boxes for my friends and fill them with some jewelry for Christmas gifts. I am also going to give these ornaments as gifts too. I had so much fun creating these. Tonight, Carlos and I are going to drink hot chocolate and do christmas crafts. Last night, he wanted to join me in the craft making merriment. Unfortunately, there is mothing merry about a six year old with his mom's craft supplies and her saying "No. You can't use that. That either. No, not that. Nothing...You can use nothing." So, tonight it's all about him and crafting.
I am also excited because now I have discovered a new use for all my flowers that I have leftover from the "frame days". It's fun when you discover a new use for old supplies.
I was thinking it would be fun to incorporate my friend's kids pictures into the ornaments somehow. I'm working on a way that it just flows into the design. I'll get back on that one.
