The carefree days of running in the backyard and playing with the water hose. Wednesdays are half days for Carlos; so yesterday was spent in the backyard all day afterschool. It was a beautiful day so I let them play until we had to go in for dinner, homework, bath and collapse into bed. This is the life for a kid.....sun, hose, water, dirt. That's it. That's all they need. Well, that and some string cheese, watermelon and a juice box......oh, and an ice cream sandwich. But, other than that they are all set!
This was Andres first official foray into the world of water hoses. He went absolutely nuts over trying to catch the water in his mouth. It took him awhile; but he eventually got into the swing of things.....
This is when he realized he was soaking wet.
But being the tough guy that he is, he didn't care one stinkin', drippin', soakin' bit!
Man....I love these guys!
