This is where I was headed on Wednesday..........
Before going to CHA, I started out my trip to Los Angeles to shoot a little video, along with my friends Gail and Denise. It was for a "product" of which I can not name. (However, had I not been too tired and lazy to go to the car to get my camera the night we got home, I would have had the entire story laid out on my blog with pictures, names and funny anecdotes for everyone to read. The next morning Kelly, the producer calls with a strict warning to not put anything up on the blog or facebook. This is a perfect example where being lazy has its merits.) Anyway, this video was to be used on their website, or youtube, or I don't know.....All I knew was that I was going to get a free lunch and my make up done. Well, we get there and it turns out it was for a national infomercial. Holy crap....had I asked a few more questions beyond what kind of food they were serving at craft services, I would have known to do a better dye job on my hair and painted my nails.
So, listen up up all you insomniacs out there, sometime in March you will be seeing my mug on your tv screen telling how much fun this "product" is and how you need to have it.....and, you really will; because it's a really great "product."
It was so funny....the makeup artist asked if she could "shape" my eyebrows. And, right after Gail shouted "yes! for the love of eyebrows do something with them!" I said, "you can do anything you want to this area," while pointing to the top of my head, "to this area," while pointing to the tip of my toes. I then told her "to do what was ever necessary to get me camera ready......and, that I wasn't opposed to any minor surgical procedures." She told my she would just stick to my eyebrows.
And now I can say my life has been transformed by the proper shaping of my eyebrow arch......
So that's basically all I can show because all other pictures will give it away.
Here are some more pictures from CHA......tomorrow I will be back with a video with Melissa Frances.
This sign says it all......
At the Prima booth with Randi and Michelle......
Just look at this Aleen's glue wall.......sigh....
