Birthday Crown Fun.....

 

I would love to say I created this cute little crown.  But I can't......

 

Randi threw it together for a customer at Paper Tales who wanted a birthday crown at the last minute.  Seriously.  One minute, Randi was walking back to the work table while Julie and I chit chatted....the next minute we turn around and..... Viola! 

So adorable.  I'm heading to the California gift show this weekend to help out my friend Beth with her booth.  I should have some fun pictures to share when i get back!  Talk to you soon!  Karin

I love this line of papers.....

 

There was a combination of luxurious vintage and fun chalkboard papers.......

 

I couldn't resist doing a a little mini book to show it all off.....

 

And here is the fabulous signature designer Sarolt Borbély who hails from Hungary. She designed this beautiful collection for Melissa Frances.  I can't wait to work with it some more. 

More Everyday is a Holiday Paper Line.......

 

Here are the stars of the show...Jenny and Aaron.  Two of the hardest working people in the industry....I get get exhausted just reading their facebook feed.

Everyday's a Holiday at Melissa Frances.......

I'm so excited about Jenny and Aaron of Everyday's a Holiday new line with Melissa Frances.  The minute I heard about it I knew it was a winning combination.  

It's called........

 

Which of course is apropos considering everything Jenny and Aaron is so sweet and yummy.  I gain a couple couple pounds just looking at their work.....or maybe by eating cupcakes...I forget which.....Anyway, here are some pictures of the line......

They handpainted the entire line.  Amazing.....

As if that weren't enough they also published their first book.  We completely sold out at Paper Tales, so luckily I snagged mine right away.

Still in a Christmas mood.....

Despite the fact that it is 80 degrees here and Valentine's Day is fast approaching, I'm still finishing up some Christmas projects.  These little vignette's using Melissa Frances' glass globes and little bottle brush trees were made the week before Christmas.....

 

Here they are with the glass globes on top.........

 

I just love theses little trees.......

I love making these glitter stars.  I made a bunch for Christmas gifts and to sell at Paper Tales.
