This class has been a long overdue.....like, two years overdue. Literally. So, let me back track a bit to a few years back when these My Mind's Eye paper's came in.......
I loved them...I had to create something with them....
So I told Michelle to stop everything she was doing and order more of these papers so I could create the mother of all mini albums. It was going to be spectacular....amazing...I mean how could I go wrong with the design....
I immediately went home, told the family to hold all my calls and feed themselves and got to work on this mini album that was going to turn the crafty world on its head......
Then some new paper came into the store, I got distracted by shiny things and eventually forgot that I was even working on it......
Fast forward to a few weeks ago....while cleaning my craft room I uncovered the plastic box that held the contents of this long neglected project which at one time was going to change the world......
That and I also felt guilty that I had been sitting on all these papers for the last two years. So I quickly finished up the minibook adding some mixed media and journaling elements to it. I'm really happy with how it all turned out......
The class will be at Paper Tales on April 26th from 4:00 -7:30pm. I will be providing a pdf instruction sheet of the album. So if you can't make it to the class kits will be available. Talk to you soon...Karin
